Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs exist in nearly every school district in the United States.  Their primary purpose? Prepare kids for careers.

Across the country, GIS is often taught as a module in a CTE course (like AgriScience or Logistics) or even as a full stand-alone course. GIS is taught in different career clusters in different states but popular clusters include ag & natural resources, Transportation, Health, Engineering, and more.
