Why won't this point move?

I'm still very much a novice in the behavior of the parcel fabric. I have "Steven's Manor" subdivision as the highest weight and the surrounding tax parcels as a lower weight and the red points are line points.

I am just trying to understand the relationship aspects of these parcels by using the "Transform Parcel" tool and I moved the subdivision boundary a little to the west of where it's spatially correct position is and one point (the SE corner of the tax parcel) will not move.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
