Success Rate Curve in ArcGIS?

I have developed a landslide susceptibility zonation model using Fuzzy Logic, AHP and Weighted Linear Combination in IDRISI Selva 17.0 and inserted the product in ArcGIS 10.3.  My Susceptibility Index (Raster Pixel Range) is 0-255. Now, in order to validate my model I am intending to prepare the 'Success Rate Curve' as below.

Please note that I have already collected the locations where there is landslide present in the study area.

How would I prepare this curve in ArcGIS 10.3 that currently I am using or preferably in any other GIS Package including IDRISI Selva 17.0?
