I am using 10.1 with the parcel editing patch. Is there any reason the merge courses tool would be unavailable? Likewise, is there any reason Adding a linepoint would fail and return an error? The offset tolerance is .008.
It works on some datasets but not on this one. I have regenerated the aforementioned fabric and also created a new fabric using an XML.
