Please download the map package at https://idaho.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=27b6c7f418ff4881abb9854d3fb9412d
Open the Project in ArcMap 10.6. Open the Toolbar, then conversion tools, then excel and then Table to Excel. It will ask you which layer you want to export.
Or in Pro – Search for the conversion tools and use the Table to Excel Geoprocessing Tool
