We have a Portal Enterprise deployment secured with Active Directory. We had no problem configuring the Identity Store for users and groups - tests are all successful and adding in individual users or users by a csv list works fine. However, when we try to get all the users in a group - whether we do this via the Portal interface or the Portal Admin Directory e.g. from here: https://server.domain.com/portal/portaladmin/security/groups/getUsersWithinEnterpriseGroup We always get a partial list. So if there are 600 users in the group we might get 68 returned. We are not trying to access a group with more than 1,000 members and we always get "Has more: true" in the results, testing via CMD returns all 600 users. Does anyone have experience of something like this? Is it likely to be a Portal problem or a Active Directory problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

Just to add to this, there doesn't seem to be any improvement. I'm now using 3.1.2 and I'm currently at seven minutes for ArcPro creating a new empty File Geodatabase in a folder ... make that eight.... nine... done. Now to rename it 🙄 😩

Thanks 🙂 It's good to know it's not just me. The slowness does seem to be associated with the catalog aspects of Pro - adding feature classes, deleting them, creating gdb etc. Not sure if anyone from ESRI is looking into a fix for this but maybe starting with that might help.

I'm using ArcPro 3.0.2, signed in to my AGOL account. I have a geodatabase on my computer that I am accessing via the Catalog window, the GDB has 9 feature classes in it. When I try to delete one of these FC from the GDB it is taking just shy of 2 minutes to complete the process. The feature class is not big, 186 points with 4 attributes. Pro has always been slow but this is worse than usual. Any suggestions to speed up the process?

Just a note to anyone looking at this topic and hoping to transfer their process of publishing raster catalogs from ArcMap to ArcPro. You can no longer do this without the addition of an Image Server on top of the ArcGIS server license you have already got. See this link: Publishing image services from ArcGIS Pro so you'll have to stick with ArcMap or use raster dataset which wouldn't be suitable in my case.

HI @lvargas We had another unsuccessful call with technical support last week, but I'm starting to think we made an error the first time we tried this fix because so many seem to be having success with it. @Simon_Woo - that workflow was much more akin to my usual workflow in terms of speed than whatever it was I was doing before. All my images are in the wrong order but @Robert_LeClair 's link looks like it will help me rearrange them. Thanks both for your help.

Hi, Can anyone point me in the direction of an unmanaged raster catalog equivalent in ArcPro? I regularly (weekly) remove old and add in new drone captures to my unmanaged raster catalog and then update the image cache on my server. I thought I'd give it a go with ArcPro but I immediately came up with the problem that raster catalogs are not supported so I'm trying to find an equivalent process to test - the important bit being the unmanaged part as I can't wait for a new mosaic to be created each week. I did give it a try but it was so slow I cancelled the process. Using ArcPro Standard 2.9.1 and ArcServer Standard 10.9.1 (not federated). Thanks for any help.

Hi @Beth-AnneHLee and @lvargas Thanks for your updates - our version.json was showing 10.9.1 but we tried the steps anyway. However, we found when we tried to do stage 6, here... we just get a message saying that "Could not find resource or operation 'upgrade' on the system". We are not federated which could be the difference maybe? @lvargas Did you have this upgrade option available through the server admin? Thanks again.

Hi - we do not have Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Server or ArcFM Server installed. We are thinking it may be due to the arcgisserver system services (D:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgisoutput\System) not being updated when we did our upgrade from 10.7.1 to 10.9.1. We have two server set ups and one upgrade worked - one didn't. We can see that these files were all updated on the working one. We have manually tried to update some of these with json files as suggested by ESRI but this has not solved the problem. The only difference between the two set ups is that on the non-working one the arcgisserver (C:\arcgisserver) and the arcserver application (D:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgisoutput\System) are on different drives whereas on the working one they are both on D:. We are also in discussion with ESRI and will update on any findings.

Allow custom sort of categories on a pie chart. For example, you have categories 'Not Started', 'In Progress', 'Complete', 'Review' - at the moment you can sort by label alphabetically (which starts with 'Complete') or by value, but the order we want them to appear in is a logical order.

Thank you - this has done the trick. You are right that the calculate field was just making the expression too complex. Stripping that out and using UpdateCursor instead has worked perfectly. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
